The Role: Seeking a Kubernetes Architect for product engineering work on Kubernetes-based Enterprise SaaS solutions. The successful candidate should have expert level experience with production Kubernetes environments, and a proven track record delivering ML-powered SaaS solutions. S/he should have experience in working in Agile based projects and should be able to work in a fast paced and result oriented environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
10+ years’ experience in Software and Data Engineering, preferably in SaaS environments
3+ years Kubernetes production experience
Experience with horizontal and vertical autoscaling
Experience with AKS-Engine preferred
Deep understanding of Kubernetes services, load balancing, networking and security
Experience with Istio
Experience deploying and managing stateful applications and storage in Kubernetes
Experience writing custom operators preferred
Experience operationalizing AI/ML
Excellent knowledge of public and private cloud technologies
Solid hands-on software development experience in big data environments, utilizing Go and/or Python
Experience with microservice architectures
Excellent knowledge of Linux.
Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently.
Experience working on agile projects and understanding of agile concepts
Experience using Atlassian products like Jira is preferred
Ability to work and achieve stretch goals in a very innovative and fast paced environment.
