About the Role

We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Trip Experience Specialists. In this position, you will help clients shape their vacation plans by researching suitable options, coordinating requested services, and keeping important trip details organized throughout the planning process.

This opportunity is a strong fit for individuals who enjoy helping others, exploring destination options, managing details, and providing dependable support. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing educational resources are provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Speak with clients to learn about their preferred destinations, travel dates, vacation interests, budget, and special requests.
  • Research accommodations, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other trip-related services based on individual needs.
  • Assist with coordinating selected arrangements through approved supplier resources and organize confirmations, schedules, reservation details, and itinerary information.
  • Provide ongoing support by communicating updates, answering routine questions, following up on pending items, and assisting with standard adjustments when necessary.
  • Review trip information for accuracy, keep client records current, track important dates, and continue building knowledge of destinations and supplier offerings.
