  • Serve as a trusted business partner to licensees, leveraging operational expertise, performance insights, and strategic consultation to drive sustainable business results.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives by aligning stakeholders, managing priorities, mitigating risks, and delivering outcomes that support organizational objectives.
  • Strengthen operational capability and continuous improvement through coaching, training, process optimization, and the development of scalable solutions that advance business performance.

We’d love to hear from people with:

  • Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to leverage data, insights, and sound judgment to drive operational and business results.
  • Exceptional consulting, relationship-building, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong project management, planning, and prioritization capabilities, with a proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 90%, including domestic and international travel, and work variable hours, including nights and weekends, as business needs require.
  • Three (3) years of retail, restaurant, hospitality, or quick-service restaurant operations management experience.
  • Two (2) years of operational training, facilitation, coaching, consulting, or learning and development experience.
  • Experience leading or supporting cross-functional operational initiatives, new store openings, or business projects and initiatives.
  • Experience using operational and business performance metrics to identify opportunities and improve results.
  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and driving alignment across competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Hospitality, Operations Management, Organizational Development, Project Management, or related field.
  • Experience working within licensed, franchise, or multi-unit retail business models.
  • Professional proficiency in French preferred to support communication, training, and coaching with French-speaking licensees and partners.
