Montcure, LLC is an SBA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business delivering financial management, audit readiness, internal controls, data analytics, and program support to federal clients across the Department of Defense and civilian agencies. This role supports a Department of Defense health program serving wounded, ill, and injured service members and their caregivers.
About the Role
We're seeking a Program Analyst to run the deliverable control function for the program: intake, triage, and closure in the suspense register; delivery schedule maintenance; correspondence screening against Department writing standards; inquiry response coordination; read-ahead preparation for external meetings; and staffing status and weekly actions reporting.

- Manage intake, triage, and closure of items in the suspense register
- Maintain the delivery schedule
- Screen correspondence against Department writing standards
- Coordinate inquiry responses
- Prepare read-ahead materials for external meetings
- Produce staffing status and weekly actions reporting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of federal program or management analyst support
- Experience operating a deliverable, tasker, or suspense tracking system
- Experience screening correspondence for completeness, clarity, and compliance with writing standards
- Experience producing recurring status and management reports
- Strong organizational discipline and follow-up on open actions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
Preferred Qualifications
- DoD correspondence and staffing package experience
- Experience preparing read-ahead packages for senior leaders
- Experience coordinating responses to congressional or oversight inquiries
- Familiarity with Contract Data Requirements List management
- Prior Defense Health Agency or Military Health System support

- Organized and proactive about following up on open actions
- Comfortable screening correspondence against a formal writing standard

Status: Contingency – This work is contingent upon award.
Salary: $80,000 - 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
