Position Overview

We are seeking organized, service-focused individuals to join our remote team as Destination Relations Coordinators. In this role, you will assist clients as they explore vacation destinations, review available options, and coordinate the services needed for a smooth and enjoyable experience.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy researching destinations, communicating with clients, and keeping important details organized. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and continued educational resources are provided.

What You'll Do

  • Learn about each client's destination interests, preferred dates, vacation style, budget, and special requests.
  • Research resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other destination-based options using approved resources.
  • Help coordinate selected services and organize reservation details, confirmations, schedules, and itinerary information.
  • Keep clients informed by sharing updates, answering routine questions, following up on outstanding items, and assisting with standard changes when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records, monitor important deadlines, and continue expanding your knowledge of destinations, suppliers, and available experiences.
