Our client, a well-established provider and distributor of industrial electrical equipment and power transmission solutions in Vietnam, is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Lead business development and project management activities for branded lighting solutions, residential electrical devices such as switches, sockets, and smart devices, as well as Smart Home solutions including lighting control, access control, doorbell monitoring, air-conditioning control, curtain control, and audio control systems for premium hotels, resorts, office buildings, and high-end villas.
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential customers and project stakeholders, including investors, construction contractors, design consultants, architects, and other relevant partners.
Provide project consulting services, gather customer requirements, and work closely with the technical team to develop optimal technical solutions tailored to each project.
Prepare tender documents, quotation proposals, and technical submissions in accordance with tender requirements. Monitor the tendering process and recommend appropriate solutions to improve the likelihood of successful bidding.
Coordinate with the Contract Execution and Accounting teams throughout contract implementation, including contract negotiation, equipment handover, testing and commissioning, payment follow-up, and resolution of project-related issues.
Receive and promptly address customer feedback and complaints, working with relevant departments to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Systems, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Automation, or another relevant discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or project development within lighting solutions, premium Smart Home systems, electrical equipment, elevators, high-end interior solutions, or related industries.
Experience in tendering and in implementing or managing construction, hotel, resort, office building, or similar projects is an advantage.
Candidates with an established network among investors, design consultants, architects, contractors, or relevant project decision-makers will be highly preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, responsible, and results-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
