PURPOSE

You will be an individual contributor in a highly entrepreneurial work environment, responsible for planning and implementing business intelligent platform across FWD group.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Lead analytics initiatives to transform data into actionable business insights. Partner with business stakeholders across Distribution, Customer, Operations and Technology to drive data-driven decision making, improve operational efficiency, and identify growth opportunities.
• Analytics & Business Insights:
• Lead analytical projects to support business strategy and decision-making.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks for executive and operational stakeholders.
• Identify trends, opportunities, risks, and root causes through data analysis.
• Deliver actionable recommendations to improve sales productivity, customer retention, and operational efficiency.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Work closely with business functions to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Data Product & Dashboard Development:
• Manage development and enhancement of Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting.
• Define business metrics and ensure consistency across reports.
• Monitor dashboard adoption and usage effectiveness.
• Advanced Analytics & Automation:
• Apply statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling where appropriate.
• Support AI and automation initiatives.
• Drive process automation to reduce manual reporting efforts.
• Data Governance & Quality:
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies.
• Define and monitor data quality KPIs.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to improve data availability and reliability.
• Other tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• At least 5 years’ experience and expertise in professional data analysis and reporting.
• Minimum 4 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Financial especially insurance background is appreciated.

KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Strong knowledge of Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Data Visualization concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Python, and relational database technologies.
• Experience in data profiling, data quality management, data mapping, and data transformation.
• Familiarity with ETL processes, Data Warehouse concepts, and dimensional data modeling.
• Good understanding of data governance, data lineage, and reporting best practices.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
