ABA Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist

Location: Highland Park, NJ – In Office

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Salary: Starting at $45,000

Experience: Minimum 2 Years of ABA Experience Required

Circle Care Services is looking for an experienced ABA Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our clinical support team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on ABA experience who enjoys supporting RBTs, improving clinical quality, and training others. This position is especially well suited for someone pursuing their BCBA and may qualify toward supervised BCBA fieldwork hours.

Responsibilities

  • Support and guide new RBTs as they begin working in CentralReach
  • Assist RBTs with proper data collection and documentation
  • Review session notes for accuracy, quality, and compliance
  • Identify documentation or clinical quality concerns and provide feedback
  • Conduct trainings and retraining for RBTs as needed
  • Help RBTs understand company expectations and ABA documentation standards
  • Work closely with the clinical and QA teams to improve overall quality of services
  • Track recurring issues and help ensure corrections are completed
  • Serve as a resource for RBTs who need additional support with systems, documentation, or data collection

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of ABA experience required
  • Strong understanding of ABA terminology, data collection, and session documentation
  • Experience with CentralReach strongly preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and training skills
  • Organized, dependable, and comfortable providing constructive feedback
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with clinical teams

BCBA Fieldwork Opportunity

For candidates pursuing their BCBA, this role provides exposure to quality assurance, staff training, data review, and other ABA-related responsibilities that may qualify toward supervised fieldwork hours, depending on BACB requirements and the individual's supervision arrangement.
