IT Manager - ABM Industries

About the Role

ABM is seeking a people-focused and execution-oriented IT Manager to lead a team of Project Managers responsible for delivering enterprise technology initiatives. This role serves as the functional leader for project delivery talent within the PMO organization. The IT Manager is accountable for building a high-performing project management team, establishing consistent delivery practices, developing project management capabilities, and ensuring Project Managers are equipped to successfully execute technology initiatives across the enterprise.

The IT Manager directly manages Project Managers and is responsible for hiring, coaching, performance management, career development, workforce planning, and delivery excellence across the team.

In ABM's operating model, Portfolio Managers own portfolio prioritization, executive governance, and investment decisions. Project Managers own end-to-end project execution. The IT Manager enables success by developing the people, processes, standards, and organizational capacity required to deliver consistently and effectively. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills with practical project delivery experience and enjoys helping others grow while improving organizational execution capabilities.

Pay:

$110,000-$155,000

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.
