Rajal J Patel DDS PA is looking for an experienced and motivated Dental Office Manager to lead our front office operations in Orange, NJ. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience from check-in to checkout
- Manage appointment scheduling, patient records, and dental practice management software
- Handle dental billing, insurance verification, claims submission, and accounts receivable
- Supervise, train, and support front desk and administrative staff
- Communicate with patients regarding treatment plans, financial arrangements, and follow-up care
- Monitor office budgets, payroll, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and dental office policies and procedures
Requirements:
- 2+ years of dental office management or senior dental front office experience required
- Proficiency in dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance billing, coding (CDT), and claims processing
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment
- Experience with patient scheduling, treatment plan coordination, and collections
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and dental office regulations
