Job Overview

An Enablement Lead II is responsible for building, enhancing, and supporting more complex standard data products and business-facing enablement outputs such as data models, semantic layers, curated datasets, dashboards, reports, training materials, and recurring analytical deliverables. This role works with greater independence, broader ownership, and stronger judgment than the Enablement Lead I while continuing to operate within standard enterprise data, delivery, governance, and enablement practices. It differs from the Data Enablement Manager because it remains an individual-contributor role and does not include direct people leadership or budget responsibility.

This role serves as the fully functioning, trusted technical contributor and enablement partner within the Enablement Lead family. The position independently executes standard work, works through moderate ambiguity, and sets a stronger example in delivery quality, problem-solving, technical execution, and business engagement. It may provide functional guidance and mentoring without formal supervisory authority.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design and development of complex enterprise data models, data products, semantic layers, and enablement programs across CCCI and the bottler system
  • Translate ambiguous business needs into scalable data models, curated datasets, metric definitions, dashboards, reports, and self-service enablement solutions
  • Establish and influence enterprise standards for data definitions, analytics practices, testing, data quality, documentation, performance, and responsible use
  • Lead cross-functional discovery, prioritization, roadmap alignment, and delivery with business and technical partners
  • Develop reusable enablement strategies, training, playbooks, documentation, and mechanisms to measure adoption and business value
  • Mentor Enablement Leads and partner teams through functional guidance, peer review, quality assurance, and knowledge transfer

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to frame ambiguous enterprise problems, evaluate tradeoffs, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Strong experience developing and maintaining data models, semantic layers, curated datasets, dashboards, reports, and other business-facing analytical outputs using SQL and approved analytics tools.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into standardized business logic, metric definitions, reusable data products, and self-service enablement solutions while improving adoption and user capability.
  • Understanding of testing, validation, data quality, governance, documentation, performance, and support practices for reliable production outputs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead discovery, prioritization, roadmap alignment, and delivery across business, data, technology, and governance stakeholders.
  • Strong facilitation, executive communication, storytelling, training, and change-enablement skills that drive adoption and sustained user capability.
  • Ability to establish standards, decision frameworks, quality controls, and repeatable patterns, influence outcomes without formal authority, resolve competing priorities, manage risk, and make sound decisions with incomplete information.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor peers and less-experienced employees, conduct peer reviews, provide functional guidance, and transfer knowledge without direct supervisory responsibility.
  • Equivalent preparation may include directly relevant professional experience, advanced certifications, structured online programs, graduate-level or continuing education, bootcamps, employer-sponsored training, or documented self-directed study, provided the candidate demonstrates comparable capability through applied work products, data models, enablement programs, adoption results, technical assessments, or equivalent artifacts.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (4 years)
  • Relevant work experience: 5 to up to 7 years

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Finance, Learning and Development, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Preferred training or certifications may include SQL, data modeling, analytics engineering, cloud data platforms, business intelligence, data management, change management, instructional design, or process improvement. Equivalent technical preparation may be demonstrated through recognized training programs, specialized learning paths, university certificate programs, bootcamps, employer-sponsored training, or documented self-directed study.
