Business Finance
- Determine, maintain, and understand the key business drivers of the business unit (e.g., Headcount, Margins, Revenue per FTE, Cost per FTE, Utilization, Direct costs etc.).
- Assist with establishing financial goals and operational metrics for BUs as needed.
- Preparation of BU financial revenue and cost budgets and thereafter execution of regular revenue and GM forecasting exercises.
- Responsible for supporting, tracking and reporting on special projects (e.g., headcount ramp up/ down, capacity analysis, profit improvement programs, etc.)
- Analyse financial statements (including high level modelling capability) to develop and support strategic insights, working closely with CXO level.
- Conduct monthly operations / financial review for assigned BUs.
- Preparation of MIS to provide gross contribution and overall financial performance & preparation of monthly business performance review.
- Delivery of regular & ad-hoc reports (such as risk exposure, trending analysis, what if modelling, etc.)
Operations Management
- Ensure operational efficiency in sustained and improved over time through various cost optimization initiatives across the delivery organization.
- BU level direct cost optimization through rigorous reviews and improvement of non-billing costs (pool resources, buffer resources etc.).
- Upkeep of all internal systems to reflect the accurate metrics and data at any point of time.
- Planning and utilization tracking of capacity usage (across all locations).
