The Clinic Manager will be a strong daily presence in the center, working closely with children, RBTs, BCBAs, families, and the Circle Care team to make sure the clinic runs smoothly and remains organized, welcoming, and well supported.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the clinic during afternoon hours and ensure daily operations run smoothly
  • Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional environment for children, families, and staff
  • Support RBTs and clinical staff with day-to-day needs
  • Assist staff during behavioral or emergency situations
  • Help coordinate coverage when an RBT is absent and address last-minute staffing needs
  • Keep the clinic schedule updated and organized
  • Track client attendance, including tardies and cancellations
  • Communicate with parents as needed and help address day-to-day questions or concerns
  • Prepare and organize materials for clinic activities
  • Make sure classrooms, common areas, and bathrooms remain clean, organized, and fully stocked

What We're Looking For

  • Strong leadership and people skills
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-through
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with children and staff
  • Warm and professional when communicating with parents
  • Able to problem-solve and handle unexpected situations calmly
  • Proactive and willing to jump in wherever needed
  • Experience in ABA, childcare, education, healthcare, or a similar setting is strongly preferred
  • ABA/RBT experience is a plus

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on and in charge of making sure everything runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is someone who notices what needs to be done, takes ownership, and enjoys creating a positive environment for both children and staff.
