  • Lead and manage all production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations.
  • Analyze potential issues related to new products, materials, manufacturing processes, and production systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, and operational performance in line with company objectives.
  • Provide analyses, reports, and recommendations to factory management regarding production performance, process improvements, and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in recruitment, selection, and onboarding of production team members.
  • Develop and coach employees to improve performance, skills, and career development.
  • Conduct employee performance evaluations and support talent development activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and accident prevention requirements.
  • Establish and maintain quality standards for production processes and finished products in accordance with customer and company requirements.
  • Take overall responsibility for direct and indirect production processes within the assigned area.
  • Identify and implement process, workflow, and organizational improvements to increase productivity, improve quality, and reduce manufacturing costs.
  • Analyze production costs, equipment efficiency, and process performance, and define improvement targets to support plant objectives.
  • Support new product launches and oversee APQP-related production activities in cooperation with Quality, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure achievement of production KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people development.
