Responsibilities
- Own the global organic social media strategy, execution, and performance for TraceGains and Esko.
- Manage the social editorial calendar, content planning process, publishing schedule, and performance reporting.
- Develop audience, channel, content, and advocacy programs that build brand awareness, strengthen thought leadership, and increase industry influence.
- Create and publish social-first content, including written posts, graphics, carousels, and short-form video.
- Transform company narratives, customer stories, product innovation, events, and research into engaging social programs.
- Lead executive thought leadership and employee advocacy initiatives.
- Build and engage social communities while monitoring trends, conversations, and market opportunities.
- Partner across Marketing, Communications, Product, and Commercial teams to integrate social media into strategic initiatives.
- Ensure all social activity aligns with brand standards, legal guidelines, and platform best practices.
- Measure, analyze, and optimize social performance through a data-driven approach.
- Stay ahead of evolving platforms, technologies, AI tools, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, content marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably in B2B.
- Demonstrated success developing social strategy and personally executing content from concept through publication.
- Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and editorial judgment.
- A strong portfolio showing social copy, visual design, and short-form video work created or edited directly by the candidate.
- Proficiency with social design and video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or comparable platforms.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and YouTube, plus practical experience with other major and emerging social platforms.
- Experience with social media management, listening, and analytics tools.
- Experience supporting executive thought leadership or employee advocacy programs.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance planned campaigns and real-time opportunities.
- Comfort using AI-assisted tools to improve content ideation, production, and repurposing workflows.
