Assistant project manager

Redefined provides luxury residential and corporate organization services to high-net worth individuals in Athens, Greece.

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our growing luxury home organisation company. This is a hands-on role supporting the planning and execution of high-end residential organisation projects. You will work closely with the Founder and Project Managers to ensure every project runs smoothly, efficiently and to the highest standard.

The ideal candidate is naturally organised, practical, discreet and polished, with excellent attention to detail and a genuine appreciation for beautiful, well-designed spaces. You should enjoy working in fast-paced environments, be confident dealing with clients, and take pride in delivering exceptional results.

Fluent in English; Greek is an advantage. Previous experience in organisation, interiors, hospitality, events, luxury retail or a similar client-facing environment is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with the hands-on organisation of clients’ homes, offices & yachts, working alongside the managing team
• Organising and arranging wardrobes, clothing, accessories, toys, playrooms, kitchens, storage rooms and other household and office spaces
• Folding, categorising, arranging and presenting items neatly and efficiently
• Creating practical, functional and visually beautiful systems tailored to each client and their needs
• Working efficiently and carefully through large quantities of belongings while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
• Following the Project Manager’s direction and helping ensure each area is completed to the required standard
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised working environment throughout each project
• Treating clients’ homes and belongings with the utmost care, discretion and respect
• Working as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and within the allocated timeframe

Important: This is a very hands-on and physically active role. There is a lot of movement throughout the day, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting and moving household items. The role is suited to someone who enjoys being active and working practically rather than sitting at a desk.
