Owns creative quality across assigned projects and ensures the work meets high creative standards.

Determines the right level of involvement for each project, from hands-on leadership to oversight and final sign-off.

Steps in decisively when creative quality or clarity is at risk.

Raises the standard of the work by guiding, challenging, and enabling others to produce their best work.

Leads with care for people, craft, and culture, regardless of formal reporting lines.

Coaches creatives, provides feedback, advocates for their growth, and supports sustainable workloads.

Understands the team's strengths and development needs.

Partners closely with Project Managers and Coordinating Producers, clearly aligning on responsibilities and level of involvement.

Builds trusted stakeholder relationships and helps communicate creative value and trade-offs.

Champions innovation and the responsible use of AI to improve thinking, speed, and outcomes without replacing creative judgment.

Connects with other Creative Directors to share work, standards, and learning, helping create one cohesive creative culture across M+Cx.

Measures success not only by the work personally created, but by the quality and impact enabled in others.
