• Strong knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, as the role involves extensive client interactions.
• Good understanding of Production Support project workflows.
• Experience with onsite-offshore coordination.
• Ability to independently handle P1/P2 production support tickets.
• Strong knowledge of the WMS domain.
• Minimum of 5 years of overall IT experience, including at least 3 years of strong experience with Manhattan WMOS, preferably version 2017 or higher.
