Key Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation files from intake through resolution or trial.
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery requests, and appellate briefs.
• Conduct and defend depositions, represent clients in hearings, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Communicate directly with commercial clients, business owners, and individuals.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in New Mexico (or eligible for immediate admission).
• 3 to 8 years of civil litigation experience (courtroom experience and deposition handling preferred).
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills with a proactive mindset.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $110,000 – $170,000 per year (Commensurate with experience, and with fixed quarterly payments based on meeting billable hour requirements)

Work Location:
