About the Role

As an Insurance Sales Producer, you'll build and manage a book of business by selling personal and commercial insurance policies to new and existing clients. This is a sales-focused, client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives on generating new business and providing excellent customer service.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and generate new leads through referrals, networking, and marketing efforts
• Build relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
• Present and sell insurance products from multiple carriers
• Cross-sell and upsell to maximize policy retention and account growth
• Provide ongoing service and support to maintain strong client relationships
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals

What We're Looking For

• Active P&C insurance license required
• Prior insurance sales experience required
• Proven track record in sales, customer service, or a related field
• Self-starter with strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Hybrid schedule – able to work both in-office and remotely as needed
