New Dawn ABA helps children with autism build meaningful skills through compassionate, individualized care across home, school, and community settings. We’re seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support our growing Springfield, MO location, combining meaningful client impact with a flexible, hybrid schedule.
Position Details – BCBA
- Type: Full-time
- Pay: $70–$90 per hour
- Schedule: Hybrid; onsite in Springfield, MO approximately 2.5 days per week, remaining time remote for planning, supervision, and documentation
What You'll Do (BCBA)
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans for children with autism
- Provide direct clinical oversight, including ongoing data review and treatment plan adjustments
- Supervise, train, and support behavior technicians/RBTs to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers to promote consistency across settings
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and progress reports
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative clinical culture
What We're Looking For – BCBA
- BCBA certification in good standing
- Missouri LBA license required
- Able to visit Springfield, MO approximately 2.5 days per week for onsite work
- Experience providing ABA services to children and families (clinic, home, or school-based)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with families and team members
- Organized, self-directed clinician comfortable in a hybrid work environment
