Work Arrangement
This is a full-time, hourly employee position performed in a hybrid work environment. Schedule and workload are established based upon organizational needs, operational priorities, and the requirements of the position. The Administrative Assistant may be required to work on-site at CRHE's designated office location as scheduled and may perform administrative responsibilities remotely when appropriate. About CRHE
The Center for Research & Health Equity (CRHE) is an integrated behavioral healthcare organization committed to expanding equitable access to high-quality mental health, substance use disorder, and co-occurring disorder treatment for adults. Through interdisciplinary collaboration, culturally responsive care, evidence-based practice, and community partnerships, CRHE seeks to improve behavioral health outcomes while addressing the social and structural factors that influence health and recovery.
CRHE provides outpatient behavioral health services, intensive outpatient programming, partial hospitalization programming, psychiatric medication management, integrated care coordination, and community-based partnerships designed to improve long-term health, recovery, and quality of life.
Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day administrative and operational support to CRHE's clinical and organizational functions. The position serves as an operational resource for scheduling, document preparation, communications, records coordination, supplies, meetings, vendors, and other administrative activities.
The Administrative Assistant will work in a hybrid environment and may support both on-site and remote operations. Because CRHE is an emerging multi-service behavioral healthcare organization, the position requires flexibility, initiative, organization, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
The position is designed to support the infrastructure required for efficient clinical operations while allowing CRHE leadership and clinical staff to focus on direct service, organizational development, and growth.

This position operates within CRHE's organizational policies, applicable federal and state requirements, employment requirements, confidentiality standards, and the scope of responsibilities established for the position.
Essential Functions
Administrative Operations
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to CRHE leadership and staff.
- Prepare correspondence, forms, reports, agendas, meeting materials, and other documents.
- Manage calendars, meeting schedules, reminders, and routine communications.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical files as appropriate.
Clinical & Office Support
- Support scheduling and administrative coordination for clinical services.
- Assist with document scanning, uploading, records coordination, and administrative tracking.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, mail, and routine facility needs.
- Support reception and visitor coordination when on-site.
Finance, Vendors & Purchasing
- Assist with invoices, receipts, purchase documentation, and expense records.
- Coordinate routine communications with vendors and service providers.
- Maintain administrative purchasing and supply records.
- Escalate financial or contractual issues to designated leadership.
Meetings & Events
- Coordinate meeting logistics, agendas, materials, attendance, and minutes as assigned.
- Support CRHE community events, stakeholder meetings, trainings, and fundraising activities.
- Assist with event materials, vendor coordination, registrations, and follow-up communications.
Organizational Support
- Assist HR, credentialing, admissions, clinical, and operations staff with administrative tasks within the scope of the position.
- Maintain accurate administrative trackers and status logs.
- Identify administrative workflow problems and recommend practical improvements.
- Protect confidential client, employee, business, and organizational information.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree in business administration, healthcare administration, human services, or a related field preferred.
- At least 1–2 years of administrative, healthcare, behavioral health, nonprofit, or office experience preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office or equivalent business software.
- Experience with electronic health records, scheduling systems, document management, or healthcare administrative systems preferred.
- Strong organizational, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with clinical and administrative teams.

Physical Requirements
The position is hybrid and requires the ability to work at an office location as scheduled. Duties include regular computer use, sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and occasional movement of office materials weighing up to approximately 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be provided.
