Join Our Team as a Healthcare Marketer and Business Development Representative

Compass Palliative Care, a leading mobile palliative care provider based in California, is seeking a dedicated Marketing Representative for the CITY OF LOS ANGELES and SAN FERNANDO VALLEY areas. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with a 3-to-5-year background in the medical field, as you will be collaborating with physicians, home health, hospice agencies, and other facilities to market our palliative care program and services. The ideal candidate will possess:

Strong account management and people skills
Excellent organizational skills
The ability to cover a large territory

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Cold calling leads for new business
Maintaining and growing established accounts in the territory
Scheduling and conducting educational in-services
Providing the highest level of customer service

Weekly Business Development and Marketing meetings will be held via Zoom to review business development goals and progress in achieving those objectives.

Compensation

Pay: $75,000 annually plus a competitive bonus structure.
